- Session 1 — Architect your workforce. Business and department structure, AI employee roster, roles and reporting, and the blueprint for your AI Workforce Management System.
- Session 2 — Build and govern it. Build the system in Base44 step by step, then set up knowledge, workflows, human approvals, guardrails and performance tracking.

Prerequisite
You should have already built at least one functioning AI employee. Most students come straight from AI Workforce Academy™ ($97). Already experienced? Equivalent hands-on experience also qualifies — send us a quick eligibility check.
After the live intensive you continue in your Architect workspace to finish your build, submit your certification project, pass the assessment and complete faculty review. Attending the sessions does not certify you on its own.

To earn Certified AI Workforce Architect™, candidates must demonstrate that they can architect and build the management system behind an AI workforce. Submissions are reviewed individually inside My WMU.

Multiple planned or active AI employee roles. You do not have to technically deploy every AI employee represented in the dashboard — planned employees are allowed.

What's the difference between the $97 Academy and $497 Architect certification?
Academy teaches you how to identify, architect, build and test your first functioning AI employee. Architect takes you beyond Employee #1 and teaches you how to architect and build a custom AI Workforce Management System in Base44 for organizing employees, knowledge, workflows, human oversight, performance and workforce expansion.
What's the difference between Architect and Engineer?
Architect focuses on the management system surrounding an AI workforce. Certified AI Workforce Engineer™ ($1,997) goes deeper into the technical infrastructure powering the workforce, including Claude-powered agents, Claude Skills, reusable capabilities, APIs, advanced integrations and orchestration.
Does paying $497 make me certified?
No. Your $497 enrollment provides access to the professional training, build project, certification workspace and assessment pathway. You must successfully complete the certification requirements and faculty review to earn the credential.
Do I need to take the $97 Academy first?
AI Workforce Academy™ is strongly recommended because it establishes the methodology and gives you experience building Employee #1. If a candidate already has equivalent experience, they may contact Web Media University regarding eligibility.
Do I need to know Base44?
No. The program teaches the Base44 application-building process required for the certification project. However, students should be comfortable using AI-powered and no-code business tools.
Do I need to code?
Traditional software-development experience is not required. The Architect program focuses primarily on AI workforce architecture and no-code application development using Base44. Students who want deeper technical implementation skills should continue into Certified AI Workforce Engineer™.
Will I learn Claude Skills?
Not in depth in Architect. Claude Skills and advanced Claude-powered agent infrastructure are taught in Certified AI Workforce Engineer™.
Will I build an actual dashboard?
Yes. This is an important change from the previous version of this program. Certified AI Workforce Architect™ includes hands-on development of a functioning AI Workforce Management System in Base44, and that system becomes part of your certification project.
Can I build these systems for clients?
The certification is designed for professionals who may apply these skills internally or in client work. Certification demonstrates competency but does not guarantee clients, revenue or business outcomes.
How long do I have?
Most candidates finish within 90 days. Faculty work through submissions individually and may request revisions before issuing the credential.
Is the credential verifiable?
Yes. Each credential has a unique ID and a public verification page you can share or link from LinkedIn.
