Build It Yourself Path

AI Workforce Architect™ Certification Program

For people who want to learn how to build, test, deploy and manage AI employees themselves — and prove it. You'll leave with a functioning AI employee, the documentation behind it, and the chance to earn a credential that represents demonstrated competency.

$297

Certification training + assessment pathway

Start with the $97 Academy

Important: paying $297 does not grant certification. You're purchasing access to the certification training and assessment pathway. The credential is earned by demonstrating competency.

The objective

Build, Test and Demonstrate a Functioning AI Employee.

This is the build-it-yourself path. Where the Academy is about designing your AI workforce, certification is about constructing it, governing it and defending the work.

Build

Configure a real AI employee on a real platform with real business knowledge.

Test

Evaluate outputs, add approvals and guardrails, and handle failure paths.

Demonstrate

Submit the build, documentation and a demo for faculty review.

Two different things

Academy Graduate is not the same as Certified Architect.

We keep these deliberately separate so the credential means something to the people who hire you.

AI Workforce Academy Graduate

Awarded for completing the $97 two-day live intensive. It says you designed your AI workforce and architected your first AI employee role.

  • Completion-based
  • Blueprint created
  • Roadmap in hand

Certified AI Workforce Architect™

Earned by demonstrated competency. It says you built a functioning AI employee, governed it properly and passed a faculty-reviewed assessment.

  • Competency-based
  • Working AI employee evaluated
  • Verifiable credential ID

Questions

Certification FAQ

Does paying $297 make me certified?

No. The $297 gives you access to the certification training and assessment pathway. The Certified AI Workforce Architect™ credential is earned by completing the training, submitting an AI Workforce Blueprint, building one functioning AI employee, submitting it for evaluation and passing the competency assessment.

What's the difference between an Academy Graduate and a Certified AI Workforce Architect™?

AI Workforce Academy Graduate means you completed the $97 two-day intensive and designed your AI workforce. Certified AI Workforce Architect™ means you demonstrated competency — you built, tested and defended a functioning AI employee that passed faculty review.

Do I have to take the Academy first?

It's strongly recommended. The Academy is where you design your Blueprint, which is the starting point for your certification submission.

Do I need to write code?

No. Everything is built with no-code platforms, prompt architecture and automation tools at a business-user level.

How long do I have?

Most candidates finish within 90 days. Reviewers work through submissions individually and may request revisions before issuing the credential.

Is the credential verifiable?

Yes. Each credential has a unique ID and a public verification page you can share or link from LinkedIn.

Ready to prove you can build it?
